Follow up on the actions of certain gang leaders, such as Jalal Talabani and some Barzanis, who are allowing Iranian and Turkish intelligence to exploit the situation in Iraq and the war with Iran to gain a foothold in the mountains, each according to their own interests. Submit a comprehensive plan for the purpose of expelling these gangs from northern Iraq… within ten days, given the sensitivity of the situation.
